NU-7107 is a derivative of NU7026 (HY-15719) and a DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK) inhibitor with an IC50 >10 μM. NU-7107 is applicable for cancer research[1]. In Vitro:NU7107 weakly inhibits DNA-PK with an IC50 of >10 μM[1]. In Vivo:NU-7107 (20 mg/kg; i.p.; single administration) exhibits significantly improved in vivo pharmacokinetic properties compared with NU7026 in female BALB/c mice, with a 4-fold lower plasma clearance rate[1].
