Introduction of 479-90-3 :

Artemitin is a flavonoid neuroanesthetic agent with moderate cytotoxicity. Artemitint has selective inhibitory activity against Meth-A sarcoma cells with an ED50 of 5-10 μg/mL, and has no significant effect on LLC lung cancer cells. Artemitin exerts anticancer activity by affecting cell proliferation signaling pathways, and also has potential anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects. Artemitin exhibits a dose-dependent antinociceptive effect in the mouse hot plate test, with an ED50 of 1.6 μg/kg, and has analgesic activity[1][2][3]. In Vitro:Artemitin (10 μg/mL; 48 h) shows moderate cytotoxicity against Meth-A sarcoma cells with an ED50 of 5-10 μg/mL, without significant cytotoxicity against LLC lung cancer cells[1]. In Vivo:The peak concentration of Artemitin (10 mg/kg; tail vein injection; single dose; monitoring 0.08-6 h after administration) in the plasma of male SD rats is 0.08 h after administration (Cmax=487.6 μg/L)[2].
Artemitin (1.6 μg/kg; ip; single dose; observation 60 min after administration) significantly prolongs the latency of pain response in the hot plate model of male mice, showing a dose-dependent antinociceptive effect[3].
