CP-432 (CP-734432) is a EP4 receptor agonist with an IC50 of 2 nM for human sources, 8 nM for canine sources, and an EC50 of 1 nM for human sources. CP-432 stimulates cAMP production and activates β-lactamase (β-lactamase) activity via the cAMP response element signaling pathway. CP-432 is applicable to research related to glaucoma[1].
In Vitro:CP-734432 (20 min) potently stimulates cAMP production in human EP4-expressing HEK293 cells with an EC50 of 1 nM[1].
CP-734432 (3 h pre-incubation; 3 h compound incubation; 2 h substrate incubation) potently activates human EP4 receptor-mediated CRE-β-lactamase signaling in CHO cells with an EC50 of 1 nM, and shows high selectivity over human EP2 receptors[1].
