Introduction of 422551-33-5 :

PerCP is a peridinin-chlorophyll protein complex derived from the dinoflagellate *Glenodinium*, suitable for immunofluorescence staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tumor sections. As a red fluorescent dye, PerCP enables clear differentiation between antibody-bound tumor regions and yellow-green autofluorescence of tissues. PerCP allows simultaneous observation of tissue morphology without counterstaining. PerCP can be used in cancer research (Ex/Em = 482/677 nm)[1]. In Vitro:PerCP exhibits a fluorescence spectrum that does not overlap with the autofluorescence of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human rectal tumor tissue sections when excited at 490 nm[1].
PerCP (4 μg/mL; 30 min) based immunofluorostaining clearly identifies GAH-positive regions in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human rectal tumor tissue sections, with minimal nonspecific binding and simultaneous visualization of tissue morphology via inherent autofluorescence[1].
PerCP (4 μg/mL; 30 min) based immunofluorostaining enables clear visualization of anti-CD44-positive regions in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human stomach tumor tissue sections[1].
PerCP (4 μg/mL; 30 min) based immunofluorostaining of anticytokeratin 8 and 18-positive regions in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human stomach tumor tissue sections produces results that correlate well with conventional immunoenzymatic staining[1].
