Clothixamide (Clotixamide) is an orally active and brain-penetrant dopamine antagonist. Clothixamide can be used for the research of psychiatric disorders[1]. In Vivo:Clothixamide (p.o.) antagonizes Apomorphine (HY-12723)-induced agitation and stereotypy in Rattus norvegicus (rats).
