MSX-130 is a CXCR4 antagonist. MSX-130 inhibits cancer metastasis[1]. In Vitro: The C-X-C chemokine receptor-4 (CXCR4) is a seven trans-membrane G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) classified as a member of the family I GPCR or rhodopsin-like GPCR family. CXCR4 plays an important role in cancer metastasis, regulation of stem cell trafficking, and neovascularization[1].
