Resveratroloside (Resveratrol glycoside) is an orally active competitive inhibitor of α-glucosidase. Resveratroloside has hypoglycemic and cardioprotective effects. Resveratroloside can be used for the research of diabetes and heart system diseases[1][2].
In Vivo:Resveratroloside (10-50 mg/kg; oral administration; single dose) has hypoglycemic effects in diabetic mice[1].
Resveratroloside (10 mg/kg; intraperitoneal injection; single dose) exerts improvement effects in rat models of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion[2].
