MPO-IN-28 is a selective myeloperoxidase (MPO) inhibitor with an IC50 of 44 nM. MPO-IN-28 can effectively inhibit MPO-mediated low-density lipoprotein oxidation with an IC50 of 90 nM[1]. In Vitro:MPO-IN-28 (Compound 28) (1-5 μM; 50 μM-1 mM; 30 minutes) reduces the relative chlorination activity of MPO in human neutrophils, with an IC50 of approximately 93.1 μM[1].
