Diminutol is an inhibitor for NADP-dependent quinone oxidoreductase (NQO1), that is involved in microtubule morphogenesis and cell devision[1]. In Vitro:Diminutol (0-100 μM) inhibits the microtubule polymerization through reduced interphase and prevented spindle formation in mitosis[1].
