Trithiozine is an orally active antisecretory and antiulcer agent. Trithiozine can be used for the research of peptic ulcer disease and hypersecretory disorders[1]. In Vivo:Trithiozine (T) (i. p., oral, i. v.; 50 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg) shows a considerable antisecretory and antiulcer activity on different experimental models in the rats and dogs[1].
