Peliglitazar racemate is the racemate of Peliglitazar. Peliglitazar is a novel dual α/γ PPAR activator. In Vivo: Peliglitazar, is a novel dual α/γperoxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) activator. It has been shown that Peliglitazar has both glucose and lipid-lowering effects when tested in animal models of diabetes and dyslipidemia[1].
