Cobalt phthalocyanine is a catalyst of redox reaction, catalyzes aerobic regenerations of aldehydes and ketones from aldoximes and ketoximes. Cobalt phthalocyanine can be used in the development of electrocatalysts[1][2]. In Vitro:Cobalt phthalocyanine is capable of reducing CO2 to CO in water with high activity over a broad pH range from 4 to 14[3].
