Migrastatin is a typical Fascin1 inhibitor. Migrastatin is isolated from a cultured broth of Streptomyces sp. MK929-43F1. Migrastatin inhibits tumor cell migration[1][2]. IC50 & Target:Fascin1[1] In Vitro: Migrastatin (100 μM) leads to the disorganization of the bundles. Migrastatin (100 μM; HCT-116 and DLD-1 cells) prevents cell migration[1].
