MeV-IN-1 (OX-1) is a specific entry inhibitor targeting measles virus (MeV), with an IC50 value of 100 μM. MeV-IN-1 exhibits inhibitory activity against live MeV-Edm virus. MeV-IN-1 effectively suppresses the formation of infection foci. MeV-IN-1 can be used in studies related to measles virus infection[1].
