(-)-Sotalol ((R)-Sotalol) is the R-isomer of Sotalol. (-)-Sotalol is a hERG inhibitor, with a Kd of 0.60 μM. (-)-Sotalol can be used for the research of cardiac arrhythmias[1]. IC50 & Target:Kd: 0.60 μM (hERG)[1] In Vitro: (-)-Sotalol (30-1000 μM) inhibits hERG current in HEK-293 cells, with an IC50 of 288 μM[1].
