Rabelomycin is an angucycline antibiotic and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) inhibitor with an IC50 of 63.9 μM. Rabelomycin can be used in research on bacterial infections, Alzheimer's disease, and Huntington's disease[1][2]. In Vitro:Rabelomycin (100-10 mM; 30 minutes) dose-dependently inhibits partially purified iNOS enzyme from RAW 264.7 macrophage cell lysate with an IC50 of 63.9 μM[1].
