Oxysophocarpine is an alkaloid extracted from Sophora alopecuroides.?Oxysophocarpine has neuroprotective and anti-nociceptive effects on the central and peripheral nervous systems[1]. Oxysophocarpine inhibits the?growth?and?metastasis?of ?oral?squamous?cell?carcinoma?(OSCC)[2]. In Vitro: Oxysophocarpine (5 μM) inhibits proliferation and reduces migration and invasion of SCC-9 and SCC-15 oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) cells?in vitro[1].
