IC50 & Target:IC50: 20 nM (αVβ3 Integrin), 3000 nM (αIIbβ3 Integrin), 4000 nM (αVβ5 Integrin)[1] In Vitro: Cyclo(RGDyK) (c(RGDyK(SAA)) shows high affinity and selectivity for αVβ3 over αVβ5 (IC50=4000 nM) and αIIbβ3 (IC50=3000 nM)[1].
