IC50 & Target: K(ATP) channel[1]
In Vitro: Glisoxepide inhibits the uptake of bile acids into isolated rat hepatocytes[3].
Glisoxepide noncompetitively inhibits the cholate uptake with a Ki of 200 μM[3].
