In Vitro:Monoethyl fumarate (1-6 μg/mL, 6-24 h) modifies the Cys151 site on the KEAP1 protein, modulates the glutathione expression, induces nuclear translocation of NRF2 protein, and the expression of NRF2 target genes[2].
