Pyr6 is a selective store operated calcium entry (SOCE) inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.49 μM. Pyr6 displays 37-fold higher potency for RBL SOCE than for TRPC3 ROCE[1]. In Vitro:Pyr6 (10 μM) inhibits the degranulation of RBL-2H3 initiated by Ionomycin (HY-13434) and clearly inhibits nuclear factor of activated T-cells (NFAT) translocation[1].
