KDM4C-IN-2 is a partial PGD2 receptor CRTh2 (DP2) agonist with an EC50 value of 5200 nM. KDM4C-IN-2 displaces PGD2 from CRTh2. KDM4C-IN-2 can be used for the researches of asthma, and other inflammatory diseases[1].
In Vitro:KDM4C-IN-2 (Compound 2) (10-9-10-3 M; 3 min) acts as a partial agonist of human CRTh2 in CRTh2-expressing cells, inducing Ca2+ flux response[1].
KDM4C-IN-2 (2 h) shows an EC50 of 5200 nM in a binding assay 8 displacing [3H]PGD 2 from CRTh2[1].
