MDT-637 (VP 14637) is a novel respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) fusion inhibitor with an IC50 of 1.42 ng/mL. IC50 & Target:IC50: 1.42 ng/mL (RSV)[1] In Vitro: MDT‐637 has broad in vitro antiviral activity on clinical strains of different RSV genotypes and clades. MDT-637 inhibits three laboratory strains (RSV-A Long, RSV-A2, and RSV-9320) and four clinical strains (RSV-Memphis-37, RSV-LAP0824, and RSV-HAN1135) with IC50s range from 0.36 to 3.4 ng/mL[1].
