Propargyl-Tos is a cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)[1]. Propargyl-Tos is a click chemistry reagent, itcontains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups. In Vitro: ADCs are comprised of an antibody to which is attached an ADC cytotoxin through an ADC linker[1].
