6-Hydroxyindazole is an anti-parasite agent with an EC50 of 128.9 μM against intracellular amastigotes of Leishmania amazonensis. 6-Hydroxyindazole can be used in the research of leishmaniasis[1]. In Vitro:6-Hydroxyindazole (Compound 8) inhibits the growth of Leishmania amastigotes in bone marrow-derived macrophages from infected mice at 96 h, with an EC50 of 128.9 μM[1].
