AHR-1911 is pharmacological active thiourea derivative with anticancer, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory activities. AHR-1911 exhibits antitumor efficacy against Walker carcinoma in Sprague Dawley rats. AHR-1911 inhibits translation and transcription, induces aggregation of polyribosome. AHR-1911 decreases arterial pressure and increases capillary permeability. AHR-1911 exhibits antimicrobial efficacy against S. aureus, E. coli and C. albicans[1][2].
