SUN-N8075 (dimethanesulfonate) can protect against 6-OHDA (HY-B1081)-induced cell death. SUN-N8075 (dimethanesulfonate) can be used for the research of neurological disease, such as Parkinson's disease[1][2].
In Vivo:SUN-N8075 (dimethanesulfonate) (10-30 mg/kg, i.p., twice) shows protective effect against the MPTP (HY-W114750)-induced decrease in TH-positive cells in mice[1].
