SJF-8240 is a selective p38α PROTAC degrader. SJF-8240 promotes ubiquitination and selective degradation of p38α. SJF-8240 can be used in breast cancer-related research[1][2]. In Vitro:SJF-8240 selectively degrades p38α in MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells, and its structural analog SJF-α exhibits potent p38α degradation activity (DC50 = 7.16 nM)[2].
