TT-10 (TAZ-K) is an activator of YES-associated protein (YAP)-transcriptional enhancer factor domain (TEAD) activity. TT-10 can be used for the research of heart diseases accompanied by cardiomyocyte loss[1]. In Vitro:TT-10 (48 h) markedly promotes cell cycle activation and increased cell division of human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC)-derived cardiomyocytes (hiPSCMs)[1].
