Agalloside is a neural stem cell differentiation activator that binds to Hes1, and it is found in Aquilaria agallocha. Agalloside promotes the differentiation of neural stem cells and increases the number of neurons. Agalloside can be used in studies related to neural stem cell differentiation[1]. In Vitro:Agalloside (10 μM; 4 days) increases the differentiation rate of mouse neural stem cells (MEB5)[1].
