Glyoxalase I inhibitor (3(Et)2) is the inhibitor for glyoxalase I (GLO), and can be used in antitumor research[1].
In Vitro:Glyoxalase I inhibitor (100 μM, 48 h) inhibits glyoxalase I, causes accumulation of methylglyoxal and leads to cytotoxicity in cells L1210 and B16 with GI50 of 3 μM and 11 μM[1].
