USP7-IN-3 (Compound 5) is an effective and selective allosteric inhibitor of ubiquitin-specific protease 7 (USP7). USP7-IN-3 can be used for research on acute lymphoblastic leukemia[1]. IC50 & Target:USP7[1] In Vitro: USP7-IN-3 (50 nM, 2 hours) can reduce MDM2 levels in HCT116 cells and upregulate p53 expression, indicating that it activates the p53 signaling pathway through USP7 inhibition[1]. USP7-IN-3 (2 nM, 72 hours) can inhibit the proliferation of RS4;11 cells, demonstrating its high selectivity and efficacy against acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells[1].
