In Vitro:RIPK-IN-4 (Compound 7g) has liver microsomal extraction ratios of 0.59, 0.45 and 0.39 for mice, rats and humans, respectively[1]. In Vivo:RIPK-IN-4 (Compound 7g) has clearance of 18 mL/min/kg in mouse[1].
