Thalidomide-O-amido-C4-N3 is a synthetic E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugate, consisting of a cereblon ligand based on Thalidomide (HY-14658) and a linker[1]. In Vitro:Thalidomide-O-amido-C4-N3 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Thalidomide-O-amido-C4-N3 can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
