In Vitro:AOH1160 (500 nM, 48 h) can lead to tumor cell cycle arrest and induce tumor cell apoptosis[1].
In Vivo:AOH1160 (40 mg/kg, gavage once a day) can inhibit the growth of breast cancer and small cell lung cancer in mice[1].
