XO44 (PF-6808472) is a broad-spectrum covalent kinase probe. XO44 can bind in CDK2 and CDK1. XO44 also labels CDK4 proteins in cells[1][2].
In Vitro:XO44 (2 μM; 30 min) labels CDK4 and CDK2 proteins in Jurkat cells[2].
XO44 (10 μM; 30 min) effectively labels recombinant CDK4-CycD1 dimers in a cell-free environment[2].
