CB30865 is highly potent against a variety of human tumour cell lines (IC50 values in the 1-10 nM range)[1][2]. CB30865 is a click chemistry reagent, itcontains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
In Vitro: CB30865 exhibits cytotoxicity due to NAD reduction via Nampt inhibition[1].
