2-Amino-6-bromopyridine is an intermediate. 2-Amino-6-bromopyridine is also a PqsR ligand with a Kd value of 6.8 μM in SPR assay. 2-Amino-6-bromopyridine shows weak antagonistic activity. 2-Amino-6-bromopyridine can be used in the synthesis of JAK2 inhibitors, MSK1 inhibitors, and in the research of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection[1][2][3][4].
In Vitro:2-Amino-6-bromopyridine (Compound 7) exhibits binding affinity to PqsR, with a Kd of 6.8 µM (in SPR)[1].
