ZM-306416 (CB-676475) hydrochloride is a potent VEGFR inhibitor with IC50s of 0.1 μM and 2 μM for KDR and Flt, respectively[1]. ZM-306416 hydrochloride is also a EGFR inhibitor with an IC50 of <10 nM[2]. In Vitro:ZM-306416 hydrochloride induces selective anti-proliferative effect toward the EGFR addicted NSCLC cell lines H3255 and HCC4011 (IC50 = 90 nM and 72 nM respectively), while sparing the wild type EGFR cell lines A549 and H2030 (IC50 > 10 μM)[2].
