In Vitro: RWJ 63556 is a potent inhibitor of leukocyte influx over a period of 24 hr and maintains its in vitro profile on eicosanoids[1]. In Vivo: RWJ 63556 (1?mg/kg, i.v.) significantly inhibits the development of SP-induced oedema[2].
