TA-606 is a potent and orally active angiotensin II-receptor antagonist. TA-606 shows antihypertensive efficacy. TA-606 can be used for hypertension research[1]. In Vivo:TA-606 dose-dependently reduces blood pressure at doses of ≥0.03 mg/kg, p.o., and the effect is sustained ≥10 h after the oral administration in hypertensive rats[1].
