Rocagloic acid is a racaglamide derivative isolated from the fruits of Aglaia elliptifolia with potent cytotoxicity[1]. In Vitro: Rocagloic acid shows selective cytotoxicity against NCI-H187 cell line with an ED50 of 0.036 ng/mL, and is inactive against oral human epidermoid carcinoma (KB) and human breast cancer (BC) cells[1].
