MNK inhibitor 9 is a potent and selective inhibitor of MNK1/2 with IC50 values of 0.003 µM and 0.003 µM for MNK1 and MNK2 respectively. MNK inhibitor 9 has good cell permeability. MNK inhibitor 9 can be used in tumor related research[1].
In Vitro:MNK inhibitor 9 (Compound 9) inhibits the activity of CaMK2D, FLT3, PIM2 and ROCK2 with IC50 values of 0.69 µM, 0.28 µM, 0.73 µM and 0.37 µM, respectively[1].
MNK inhibitor 9 inhibits the proliferation of KMS11-luc human multiple myeloma tumor cell line with an EC50 value of 1.7 µM[1].
