Introduction of 18719-76-1 :

Keracyanin chloride inhibits NF-κB/FAK/MAPK signaling pathway. Keracyanin chloride exhibits antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and hypoglycemic effects, and is orally active[1][2][3][4][5]. In Vitro:Keracyanin chloride (0.8 μM, 48 h) suppresses the phosphorylation level of NF-κB p65, inhibits the protein expression of PPAR-γ in THP-1 cell, downregulates the inflammation-related gene expression of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and MCP-1[3].
Keracyanin chloride (10-200 µM, 24 h) inhibits blue light-induced ROS generation in HaCaT cell, inhibits FAK/MAPK/ERK/JNK signaling pathway, thereby exhibiting anti-inflammatory effect[4].
Keracyanin chloride exhibits a weak inhibitory activity against intestinal α-glucosidase (IC50s for maltase and sucrase are 2323 μM and 250.2 μM), delays carbohydrate digestion and absorption, and exhibits hypoglycemic effect[5].
In Vivo:Keracyanin chloride (30-300 mg/kg, po, single dose) reduces postprandial blood glucose levels in Wistar rats models[5].
