IL-15-IN-1 (compound 76) is a potent and selective Interleukin 15 (IL-15) inhibitor, inhibiting the proliferation of IL-15-dependent cells with an IC50 of 0.8 μM[1]. IC50 & Target:IC50: 0.8 μM (proliferation of IL-15-dependent cells)[1] In Vitro:IL-15-IN-1 (11 μM, 2.5 days) inhibits IL-15-dependent proliferation in 32Dβ cells[1]. IL-15-IN-1 (11 μM, 3 hours) shows no significant toxicity on 32Dβ cells[1].
