DPI-3290 (Org 41793) is a potent and specific opioid receptors agonist with Ki values of 0.18 nM, 0.46 nM, and 0.62 nM for δ-, μ-, and κ-opioid receptors, respectively. DPI-3290 is one of a series of novel centrally acting agents with potent antinociceptive activity[1]. IC50 & Target: IC50: 0.18 nM (δ-opioid receptor), 0.46 nM (μ-opioid receptor) and 0.62 nM (κ-opioid receptor)[1] In Vivo: DPI-3290 (Org 41793) (intravenous; 0.05 mg/kg) produces a 50% antinociceptive response in rats[1].
