In Vitro:BMS-195614 (10-20 μM) reduces blue light-induced phototoxicity and modulates inflammation and angiogenesis in the presence of A2E in RPE cells[2].
BMS-195614 (6 μM, 24 h) reverses the anti-inflammatory effect of Vitamin A (HY-B1342) and RA on the release of IL-6 by LPS-activated BV-2 cells[3].
