Disomotide (G209-2M) is a melanoma antigen that enhances the generation of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) recognizing native G209 as well as melanoma[1][2]. In Vitro:For Ag activation, PBMCs from immunized patients are cultured for 6 days with Disomotide (G209-2M) peptide (1 μM)[2].
