Lisuride is an orally active dopamine D2 receptors agonist. Lisuride, as an ergot derivative, can be used for the research of Parkinson's disease, migraine, and high prolactin levels[1][2]. IC50 & Target: dopamine D2 receptors[1][2] In Vivo: lisuride (30~100 μg/kg) decreases the rate of dopa formation[2].
