(S)-HS-72 (HY-117252A) is the S-enantiomer of HS-72 (HY-117252). (S)-HS-72 does not bind specifically to Hsp70i and lacks allosteric destabilizing activity[1].
In Vitro:(S)-HS-72 (1-50 μM; 30-60 min) cannot competitively bind Hsp70i on ATP affinity resin, and does not alter the melting temperature of Hsp70i (with or without ATP/ADP) or Hsc70, showing no allosteric destabilizing activity against Hsp70 superfamily proteins[1].
(S)-HS-72 (1-50 μM; 24-72 h) exerts minimal inhibitory effects on the proliferation of SkBr3 and MCF7 breast cancer cells[1].
